College Principal Job Vacancy (1 Post)
The Medical Missionaries of Mary are seeking a Principal for their School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Applicants must have the following essential requirements:At least a Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences;
At least 3 years of teaching experience or working in a managerial position in a similar institute or another equivalent organisation;
Excellent communication skills including writing in Swahili and English, listening and oral skills.
Other desirable qualifications include:
An understanding and awareness of National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) and Pharmacy Council policies, guidelines and curricula;
Experience in budgeting and financial operations;
An ability to lead staff and students in a shared vision for the school and to think and act strategically.
